The Merchant family started Rox-Ex in 1950. It was owned and operated by them for 67 years. In 2017 Dennis Merchant the youngest son of the founder and staff were ready to retire. They reached out to Sureguard a family owned business, Our family has been in Pest Control Since 1967. Having the same values and caring staff wanting to take care of customers with a family approach. In January 2017 Sureguard did acquire certain assests of Rox-Ex and customers are being taken care of and serviced by Sureguard. We want life long relationships with our customer.
